Even the kitchen cabinets can make an impression, so let us rearrange in there. Take a critical look at your personal items and let us pack some away in order for the space to be more inviting to a prospective buyer. We can provide light staging with your furniture pieces to get ready for photography and now virtual tours.
During the showing process.
You will need to balance a “clean” living space with the reality that you still “live” in the home. Think about what extra seasonal touches you can add both inside and outside to make the home more inviting. Adding a nice air freshener can be a great extra touch. Especially if you have pets in the home.
Get ready for the closing on your home.
Once you have decided your next address ~ let us provide the floorplan so you can see how it will all fit. Our team will come and pack all your belongings you decided to keep. We can assist in referrals for Estate Sale and/or Auctions, Donation Coordination and Junk Removal if needed.
If moving locally, we will be happy to unpack and resettle the new space, this is where the magic happens! You will be able to sleep in your own bed that night with dishes and toothbrushes in place!
If moving long distance, we can provide a written numbered inventory for you and the mover to be sure everyone knows where to put all your belongings.
